# Settings

Update your profile, control notifications, and manage privacy.

## Profile

Update your display name, email, or profile picture in Settings → Profile.

Change your password in Settings → Security.

Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox, or resend it from Settings → Account.

## Appearance

Choose Light, Dark, or System theme in Settings → Appearance.

## Notifications

Control email notifications for turn reminders, invitations, and activity updates in Settings → Notifications.

## Privacy

View and unblock users in Settings → Privacy → Blocked Users.

## Account deletion

Delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is permanent and deletes all your activities and data.

## Data export

Export your activities, turn history, and participant information in Settings → Data → Export Data. You'll receive a download link via email.
